They harnessed the ease of resharpening this material to create distinctive designs, collaborating with skilled blacksmiths. Their collection features knives like QUAY-12, LU-OI-16, and BAN-TAI-20, known for their precision and durability. With blades sourced from recycled sawmill saw blades and Zedrach wood handles from sustainable cultivation, they marry craftsmanship with sustainability.

They use only the highest quality titanium or alloys, in vacuum welding. To cut the tubes and weld the frame takes a full day, and two full days to sand and polish a frame. Even with this kind of labor-intensive process, these Makers manage to produce 400 bicycles a year and a customer wait time of only 18 months.
